Video is a such a powerful way to show a youth soccer player how they perfomr a skill techinique and how it should be done the right way. When a player sees themselves on video they get a mental image (often for the first time) that they can then apply to what their body is doing.

We see great results from showing players their form and then having them work on correcting it in their training.

Now Sutton Soccer is offering a complete video skills session where we run your player through the core skills of our trainng program and record their technique on video and then burn it to their own personal DVD.

They can then take it home and review their form, compare it to others and see their growth over time in our program.
